Harvey, you really must know how to negotiate a contract, to get so much time off.
Enjoy, be safe and please stay away from Quebec, Florida and Haida Gwaii.

(Response: Apparently the owner of the blog is really cheap or poor …so I take time off in lieu of cash. h.o)

WHAT THE F? I THOUGHT WITH THE COVID we wouldn’t have to deal with withdrawal!

O.K. one could go to the O.K. check into a great quiet private B & Bs over looking one of the lakes with you own private hot tub and drink, drink, drink, from their private reserves. Yes, some of them have wine which is not sold in stores and its to die for.

    Have a wonderful vacation.

Watched the news last night. Seems Stanley Park has some “safety issues” with the new one lane thing. One lanes were always so dangerous.

Go have a really good time.

(Response: Found this great city to explore without getting on a plane: it’s called Vancouver, BC. And I hear the restaurants are pretty good too. h.o)

Just be healthy and stay healthy.

Too many people I know have lost an older (oh hell I turned 65 yesterday) family member due to the complications of Covid 19. It seems this bug is insidious how it affects people.

Have fun, as mt wife and I with 2 other couples spent Canada Day at Cultus lake, ha ha, we were one of 20 cars in the massive parking lot at the provincial park in what seemed like November downpour!

Enjoy, I think the political show, provincially, federally and down south in the excited states are ready to provide endless angst and amusement for the rest of 2020.

(Response: Thanks. Planned to do the Grouse Grind, some skydiving, kayaking and bungee diving … but afraid of getting a sore typing finger. So will settle for walks in the forest, strolls along the beach, the White Rock pier, … and maybe a few drives, even through through Stanley Park! 🙂 )

    Enjoy your staycation, Harvey.
If you decide on a drive and haven’t yet done so, check out the Stave Late Powerhouse, it is quite facinating. https://www.bchydro.com/community/recreation_areas/visitor-centres/stave-falls-visitor-centre.html?WT.mc_id=rd_stavefalls
Take the back roads to get there and when done, head on out to the Abby in Mission..

(Response: Been there .. many years back. Fascinating place. Neat place to go again …once visitor center reopens. Thanks.
